If you run several social media accounts from one IP — expect blocks. Social networks detect multi-accounts by address and behavior. Proxies solve it: each account gets its own IP.
Do not cheap out here. Free proxies for social media are almost a guaranteed ban: they live an hour or two, then the account gets flagged. You need stable addresses from the countries where accounts are registered.
For Instagram and similar, the rule is the same: each account — its own region and address. Rotation for social media is mostly harmful: the network sees logins jumping across countries and bans.
